Unzip into a directory where you can easily find them.
Place the gradient in your PSP Gradients folder.

Graphic of your choice .

LET'S GET STARTED

1. File, New and create a transparent image 300 px width x 400 px height, 16.7 million colours.

2. Set background colour to black and floodfill.  Rename it background in the layer pallet.  Note you can change the color at a later stage if you wish.

3. Open Tropical (ddd)  black and white image in PSP.

4. Add a new raster layer and name it tree. 

5. In the color pallet, choose the Tropical (ddd) gradient, Style #1, Angle 45, Repeat 1, or one of your choice to match the graphic you are using and floodfill.

6. Masks, New from Image and select the  Tropical (ddd) which you opened earlier.  Source luminance and invert mask data checked.    Click ok.

7.  Masks, Delete, Answer yes when asked if you wish to merge with the current layer.

8.   Selections, Load from Disk, and find where you saved the selection files, choose the Tropical Inside (ddd).

9.  Open the graphic you are going to use in PSP.  Edit copy then Edit Paste Into Selection.   

10.  Add a new Raster Layer and name it cutout1.  Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout, with the following settings:

11.  Add a new Raster Layer and name it cutout2.  Repeat the cutout, this time with -5 (minus five) Vertical and Horizontal offset..  Select none.

12. Choose a colour from your graphic for the frame as your foreground colour.  I used #BFBF00.

13.  Image, Add Borders, Symmetric Checked, add a border of 2 px black.

14.  Swap colours and add a border of 2 px lime green (or colour of your choice).

15.  Swap colours and add a border of 2 px black.

16.  Swap colours and add a border of 10 px lime green (or colour of your choice).  

17.  Select border with magic wand.     Effects, Illumination Effects, Lights with the following settings.

18.  Swap colours add a border of 30 px black, select with magic wand and floodfill with lime green (or colour of your choice).

19.  Select with magic wand.  Selections invert.

20.  Add a new Raster Layer.  Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout, with the following settings:

21.  Add a new Raster Layer.  Repeat the cutout, this time with -1 (minus one) Vertical and Horizontal offset..  Select none.

21.  Merge, Merge All (flatten).  Selections invert.     Effects, Illumination Effects, Lights with the same settings as above.

22.  Swap colours and add a border of 2 px black.

23.  Select with magic wand.  Selections invert.,  Add a Raster Layer.,  Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout, with the following settings.

24.  Add a new Raster Layer.  Repeat the cutout, this time with -10 (minus ten) Vertical and Horizontal offset..  Select none.

25.  Add a border of 2 px black.

26.   File, New and create a transparent image 100 px width x 100 px height, 16.7 million colours.

27. Open Corner (ddd)  black and white image in PSP.

38. In the color pallet, choose the Tropical (ddd) gradient, Style #1, Angle 45, Repeat 1, or one of your choice to match the graphic you are using and floodfill.

40.  Masks, Delete, Answer yes when asked if you wish to merge with the current layer.

41.  Effects, 3D Effects, Dropshadow, Vertical & Horizontal Offset 1, Opacity 100, Blur 0, Colour Black.

42.  Edit, Copy, Edit Paste onto the frame.  

43.  In the layer palette, duplicate.   Image flip.

44.  In the layer palette, duplicate.  Image Mirror.

45.  In the layer palette, duplicate.  Image flip.

46.  Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten).

47.  Effects, Sharpen, Sharpen.

48.  Save.
