Graphic of your choice or you can use mine.
As far as I am aware the graphics are Public Domain.

LET'S GET STARTED

1. File, New and create a transparent image 498 px width x 347 px height, 16.7 million colours.

2. Floodfill with black. Rename it background in the layer pallet.  Note you can change the color at a later stage if you wish but gold shows up well against the dark background.

3. Open Frame(ddd)  in PSP.

4. Add a new raster layer and name it gold.

5. In the color pallet, with the foreground set to pattern floodfill with the gold fill. Scale 100 Angle 0.

6. Masks, New from Image and select the  Frame(ddd) which you opened earlier.  Source luminance and invert mask data checked.    Click ok.

7.  Masks, Delete, Answer yes when asked if you wish to merge with the current layer.

8. Select the magic wand and in Tool Options change the Tolerance to 35.  Click inside the left frame.  Selections Modify Expand by 1.

9.  Add a new Raster Layer and name it pic1.  Drag this below below the gold layer in the Layer Palette.

10.  Open the graphics you are going to use in PSP (or you can use mine if you wish).  Edit copy then Edit Paste Into Selection.

11.  Add a new Raster Layer and name it cutout1.  Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout, with the following settings:

13.  Add a new Raster Layer and name it cutout2.  Repeat the cutout, this time with -5 (minus five) Vertical and Horizontal offset..  Select none.

14.  Select the gold layer in the Layer Palette and click in the right frame with the Magic Wand.  Selections Modify Expand by 1.  Add a new Raster Layer and name it pic2.  Drag this below the gold layer in the Layer Palette.

15.  Edit copy the second graphic then Edit Paste Into Selection.

16.  Add a new Raster Layer and name it cutout3.  Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout, with the same settings as above.

17,  Add new Raster Layer and name it cutout 4.  Repeat the cutout with -5 (minus five) Vertical and Horizontal offset..

18.  Select none.

You have two choices here:

Choice 1:
19.  Leave the background colour black or change it to suit.
20.  Layers, Merge, Merge All (Flatten).
21.  Effects, Sharpen, Sharpen.
22.  Save as a jpg.

Choice 2:
19.  On the Layer Palette delete the background layer.
20.  Layers, Merge, Merge (Visible).
21.  Effects, Sharpen, Sharpen.
22.  Save as a transparent gif, remembering that the gold shows up best on a dark background.

You have finished.
I hope you like the result.
